la fen\u00eatre de droite on peut avoir les informations suivantes :<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-1167 size-full\" messages,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>par fil de discussion (<span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>1<\/strong><\/span>),<\/li>\n<li>par pi\u00e8ces jointes (<span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>2<\/strong><\/span>),<\/li>\n<li>par sujet (<span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>3<\/strong><\/span>),<\/li>\n<li>par \u00e9tat de lecture (<span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>4<\/strong><\/span>),<\/li>\n<li>par exp\u00e9diteur ou destinataire (<span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>5<\/strong><\/span>),<\/li>\n<li>par date (<span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>6<\/strong><\/span> et <span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>7<\/strong><\/span>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Un deuxi\u00e8me clic classe la colonne s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;ordre inverse.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>On peut g\u00e9rer le nombre d&rsquo;informations en colonnes en d\u00e9veloppant le bouton <span style=\"color: #c00000;\"><strong>8<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>On peut \u00e9galement trier les messages en allant dans le menu <em><strong>Affichage\/Trier par<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La pr\u00e9sentation la plus efficace est souvent le classement <strong>ant\u00e9chronologique<\/strong> : par date, les courriels les plus r\u00e9cents en premier <em>(ainsi, \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception des nouveaux messages, ceux-ci seront directement visibles)<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Ranger ses messages<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s r\u00e9ception, il peut \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant de classer ses messages dans des dossiers th\u00e9matiques.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Cr\u00e9er un dossier de rangement<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdscweb.fr\/chat-robaze\/wp-content\/uploads\/messages_trier-ranger-02.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft\" title=\"Cliquez pour agrandir\" src=\"https:\/\/cdscweb.fr\/chat-robaze\/wp-content\/uploads\/messages_trier-ranger-02.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"276\" height=\"129\" \/><\/a>Choisir d&rsquo;abord le dossier \u00ab parent \u00bb qui recevra le dossier de rangement (ici <em><strong>Courrier entrant<\/strong><\/em> ).<\/p>\n<p>Clic droit, choisir <strong><em>Nouveau dossier<\/em><\/strong> dans le menu contextuel et lui attribuer un nom dans la bo\u00eete de dialogue qui s&rsquo;ouvre.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>D\u00e9placer un message<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>S\u00e9lectionner le dossier contenant les messages \u00e0 d\u00e9placer en cliquant dessus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdscweb.fr\/chat-robaze\/wp-content\/uploads\/messages_trier-ranger-03.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><img loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a>S\u00e9lectionner dans la fen\u00eatre de droite les messages d\u00e9sir\u00e9s, en maintenant enfonc\u00e9e la touche <strong>Maj<\/strong> s\u2019ils se suivent dans la liste, ou la touche <strong>Ctrl<\/strong> dans le cas contraire.<\/p>\n<p>Quand les messages sont s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, ils apparaissent en surbrillance.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Glisser-d\u00e9poser<\/strong> le\u00b7s message\u00b7s vers le dossier de destination.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdscweb.fr\/chat-robaze\/wp-content\/uploads\/messages_trier-ranger-04.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"
